Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of placement. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days depending on your location. Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take slightly longer.

Delays

All our sarees are handwoven in pure Kosa silk. Each piece is made on a handloom, so minor variations in texture, weave, and colour are part of the craft and not a defect. Colours may also appear slightly different on screen versus in person.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the saree must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In its original condition with all tags intact
• Packed in its original packaging

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests. Requests without it will not be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kanishksilksarees@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 9665562814 with photos or a video. We will make it right.
