At Kanishk Silk, our sarees are crafted from premium silk and undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. As we operate on a prepaid and COD model, we follow a clear and transparent return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our brand.
Orders

We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options for eligible locations within India.

Orders can be placed using Prepaid payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged or incorrect

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

The saree must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

Products showing signs of wear, stains, alterations, fragrance, or damage after use will not be accepted
- COD orders are also eligible for return or exchange under the same conditions mentioned above.
What Is Considered Damage
Damage includes:

Major fabric tears or holes

Large stains or marks

Transit-related damage

Manufacturing defects that make the product unwearable
Minor variations in weaving, zari work, color tone, or texture are natural characteristics of silk and handloom products and are not considered defects.
Clear images or an unboxing video must be shared for verification.
Non-Returnable Items

Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered

Customized or made-to-order products

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers unless received damaged or incorrect
Store Credit Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds

Approved returns are issued as store credit only

Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue

Store credit can be used to purchase any product available on our website
