All orders placed on Kanishk Silk are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Once an order is accepted and dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. If an order is cancelled or modified by us due to inventory or quality issues, we will notify you using the contact details provided.
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Orders are for personal use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

All delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order is dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations. Delays due to weather, festivals, customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
In rare cases of transit issues reflected in tracking, we will assist customers in coordinating with the courier partner.
