Return Eligibility

• Due to the nature of silk sarees, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• The saree must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
  
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  
• Products showing signs of wear, stains, alteration, or fragrance will not be accepted
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Sarees once worn or altered
  
• Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
  
• Customized or made-to-order products
  

Store Credit Policy

• We do not offer monetary refunds
  
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit only
  
• Store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue
  
• Store credit can be used to purchase any product available on our website
  

Return Process

• Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery
  
• Requests raised after this period will not be considered
  
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged
  

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• Clear images or videos are required for verification
