How do I know if the saree I'm ordering is made of genuine silk or pure fabric?
All our sarees are crafted from premium Kosa silk, and many of our products are certified with the Silk Mark India, a government-backed assurance of fabric authenticity. Will the color of the saree look exactly like it does in the photos?
We make every effort to photograph our sarees accurately, but slight color variations are natural. This can happen due to differences in screen brightness, monitor settings, and how fabric dyes interact with different lighting. A slight variation in shade is considered standard across the industry and is not treated as a defect.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for unstitched sarees that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly.
How long does delivery take, and can I track my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel in real time. If you need a saree by a specific date (for a wedding or event), we recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks in advance.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and preparing your order for dispatch. If you need to update your shipping address or measurements, please email us within 48 hours and we'll do our best to accommodate the change. Once an order has been shipped, no cancellations or modifications are possible.
Are sale or discounted items returnable?
No, products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions are final and non-returnable. We encourage you to go through the product details carefully before placing a discounted order.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer monetary refunds. All approved returns are issued as gift cards, which is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
